About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff following site procedures; Respond to incidents, alarms, and urgent situations calmly and coordinate with emergency personnel; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter; Monitor entry and exit activity and report unauthorized access or maintenance concerns; Complete routine reports and update shift changes as directed
