About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.; Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or outbound shipments in accordance with site-specific protocols.; Support incident reporting, communication, and follow-up with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and observed conditions.
