About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe site activity to help to identify potential issues, support property rules, and communicate relevant information to management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years security experience or equivalent
