About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control practices, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations; Support a professional atmosphere by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with security-related inquiries while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location
