Security Officer Experienced Driver Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site guidelines.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Support loss prevention and store operations by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd management during busy periods, and helping with closing and opening procedures as directed by site policies.
