About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may need attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while assisting with access control activities, visitor interactions, and/or property rule awareness in support of daily site operations.; Prepare routine reports on patrol activity, incidents, and/or notable conditions, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives regarding security-related concerns.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
