About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and other access-related activity in accordance with post procedures.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Prepare clear reports, maintain awareness of community rules, and assist with security-related requests in a professional manner.
