About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as appropriate; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity; Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and other security-related concerns such as trespassing, disorderly conduct, and potential theft-related activity, then report observations according to site procedures; Assist with closing and opening activities, monitor high-traffic areas, and provide directions and general support to customers and employees during routine operations and/or special events
