About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties at a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, common areas, office spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and/or facility concerns.; Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and restricted areas, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.; Support emergency response activities, alarm response, and evacuation-related procedures as directed by site policies and Allied Universal protocols.
