About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter grounds, with attention to security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances and common areas to help deter unauthorized access, disruptions, and/or policy violations during services, events, and daily operations.; Support a welcoming environment at this cultural institution by assisting with directions, observing visitor activity, and communicating security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
