About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a cruise operations location.; Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or personal property at designated access points using established protocols and approved screening equipment.; Monitor entry areas and boarding checkpoints, verify credentials and/or travel documents as required, and report irregularities or prohibited items according to site procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols around screening areas, terminal spaces, and perimeter locations as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
