About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a commercial real estate location; Monitor entrances, exits, and credentialed access points to help manage authorized entry and report unusual activity or access concerns; Verify visitor and contractor information, maintain required logs, and communicate clearly with property management and/or building personnel regarding security-related matters; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance and/or access issues
