About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, yard, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas for deliveries, vendor activity, and employee and/or visitor movement, while documenting security-related incidents and observations.; Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with site contacts, assisting with orderly directions, and following post instructions.
