About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, policy violations, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stockroom areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access and crowd flow, and support retail theft prevention efforts through visible presence and timely communication.; Help support closing and opening routines, observe alarm and camera activity when assigned, and provide detailed incident and activity reports at the location.
