About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner; Document incidents, service calls, and unusual activity, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records for the location; Coordinate routine and urgent requests for assistance by prioritizing calls, assigning resources, and communicating updates to on-site teams and/or leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting security-related operations within a dynamic aerospace and defense location

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in security dispatch preferred
- ability to operate radio/communication systems
