Security Officer Customer Service Patrol

About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry points, access activity, and visitor movement while reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.; Complete routine reports and documentation related to incidents, patrol observations, and/or daily activity in support of Allied Universal and site expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in security operations
  • Ability to respond calmly under pressure
  • Good report writing skills
