About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or supervisors as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and delivery traffic, verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting security-related issues according to post procedures; Support daily operations at a logistics and distribution location by observing trailer yards, dock areas, and exterior grounds, and by reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or access control concerns
