About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, bus areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directional information, and support orderly operations during routine activity, service disruptions, and/or special events; Communicate with site contacts, dispatch, and/or local first responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year security experience preferred
