About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines; Complete required reports and documentation related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or daily observations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
