About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying permitted access, and reporting unusual behavior.; Support a professional healthcare environment by assisting with de-escalation, directing foot traffic, and communicating clearly with staff, patients, and emergency personnel as needed.
