About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing in accordance with financial institution location protocols.; Support security-related operations by communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders, completing incident reports, and following post orders for assigned duties.
