About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries to help to deter disruptions and support site operations within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.; Report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel while following post orders and Allied Universal protocols.
