About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with de-escalation during customer and/or employee issues, and support loss prevention-related efforts according to post orders.; Maintain a visible presence while following all post instructions for an armed assignment, including access control, incident response, and communication with management regarding security-related concerns.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of security or related experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- armed security officer certification expected
