About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns; Serve in an armed post, carrying authorized equipment in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal policies, while maintaining professionalism during public interactions; Support access control activities by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials when required, and reporting policy violations and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel
