About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location; Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local law enforcement when needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the community, including residential streets, common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or amenity areas, verify access permissions when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or disruptive behavior; Prepare clear, accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-down notes, and communicate important updates regarding resident concerns, property conditions, and/or security-related issues
