About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a cultural institution setting.; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, exhibit areas, public spaces, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor access points and observe visitor flow to help to deter disruptions, support orderly entry and exit, and report security-related concerns promptly.; Assist with protecting property, exhibits, and facility assets by documenting incidents, communicating clearly with site contacts, and following Allied Universal post orders and response procedures.
