About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter zones to identify unusual activity and potential concerns.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and pedestrian and/or vehicle traffic to support authorized access and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating information to supervisors/local authorities as needed.; Follow post orders and assist with security-related questions and general support while maintaining a professional presence.
