About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing people to the appropriate department or location.; Assist with de-escalation efforts, provide presence during sensitive situations, and communicate with medical personnel and/or first responders during incidents as appropriate.
