About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter; Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Support loss prevention and operational goals by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
