About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, building concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns; Monitor access points and observe site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence; Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by reporting hazards, assisting with directional inquiries, and following post orders related to after-hours access, deliveries, and tenant requests
