Wage: $27.50/HR
Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (must have availability to work additional hours as needed)
As the Security Lead Officer, you will have the opportunity to further your career in the security industry. We are seeking professional and driven individuals for this position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.

What Your Day May Look Like
- Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
- Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
- Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
- Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
- May perform duties of security officer within scope of assignment.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years prior leadership / supervisory experience required.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year previous security experience.
- Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
- Excellent customer service background preferred.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
- Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
