About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail and entertainment location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, sales areas, common areas, parking areas, and the outer perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points and observe guest and employee activity to help support authorized entry, orderly operations, and/or adherence to location rules; Complete routine reports on incidents, patrol activity, and/or notable observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives
