About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details for follow-up.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or suspicious activity within the community.; Communicate with property management, residents, and/or local responders regarding security-related concerns, maintenance observations, and unusual activity.
