Seasonal, Operations Administrative Assistant

About the Role

H&R Block - - Responsibilities: Provide district operational and hiring support, ordering supplies and general administrative duties for the district offices; Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator; Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process; Review and verify invoices and prepare payment in Coupa or corporate credit card expense for DOCs approval; Maintain a technical working knowledge of systems used to support district offices (e.g., Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Suite)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Experience with hiring systems or applicant tracking systems
