About the Role
Lowe's - - Responsibilities: Provide SMART customer service at all times; Builds relationships with vendors by providing direction and checking to ensure merchandise resets are completed; Collaborates with the Merchandising Service team by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project needs; Engages with customers to understand his/her needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; Repairs/seals damaged packaging and boxes including peg-hook items
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
- Coordinate with merchandising team on resets and schedules
- Engage with customers and maintain product displays
Qualifications
- Experience in retail merchandising preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise
