About the Role
Lowe's - 81 Commerce Drive - Responsibilities: Provide SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs; Builds relationships with vendors by providing direction and checking to ensure merchandise resets are completed according to Lowe's specifications; Communicates project priorities, schedule, and project needs (e.g., materials, supplies, time) with Merchandising Service team and Manager; Engages with customers when opportunity arises to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; Ensures pricing, signage, planograms, and product placement accuracy
