About the Role
Lowe's - 5775 Baptist Road - Responsibilities: Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs; Builds relationships with vendors by providing direction and checking to ensure merchandise resets are completed according to Lowes specifications; Collaborates with the Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project needs; Engages with customers when opportunity arises to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; Maintains a safe and secure work environment and adheres to safety requirements
