About the Role
Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment like conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines to keep production running smooth and prevent breakdowns; Follow food safety rules when working around production areas, using the right cleaning procedures and food-grade materials to keep everything up to code; Handle emergency repairs when equipment breaks down during production, getting things back up and running as fast as possible to minimize downtime; Manage spare parts and tools inventory to make sure you've got what you need when equipment needs fixing or upgrading; Always working safely, following OSHA regulations and keeping your area clean and in line with company rules
