About the Role
ProMedica Senior Care - - Responsibilities: Schedule all patient appointments for outpatient and inpatient testing and specialty appointments; Provide patients with test preparation instructions, directions to the facility, and appointment details; Maintain logs of outpatient tests and inform physicians if tests have not been scheduled; Utilize patient charts and forms or practice management software as needed; Send physicians their schedules for the next day/weekend via email and/or fax

Qualifications
- 2+ years scheduling experience in healthcare preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
