Norton Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Schedule patients for outpatient diagnostic testing and/or surgical procedures for Norton Medical Group patients.; Instruct doctors office and/or patients regarding pre-procedure clinical preparations.; Obtain basic demographic and insurance coverage information.; Obtain and process orders through our EPIC electronic health record or other methods as necessary.; Review orders to ensure all information is complete and meets the criteria.
