Key Responsibilities Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Skills and Attributes Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems. Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost‑benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Typically, no less than 2–4 years’ relevant experience with one or more SAP modules with full‑cycle implementations inside your core module. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Ability to build and manage relationships effectively. Capacity for critical thinking and complex problem‑solving. Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40–60%. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics is highly preferred. Experience in project management and tracking deliverable completion. Benefits and Compensation We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client‑serving roles to work together in person 40–60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
