About the Role

SiteOne - - Responsibilities: Provide sales support to Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers; Handle day-to-day customer needs including diagnosing customer problems and taking customer orders; Coordinate order logistics and monitor order fulfillment via phone; Develop deep and lasting relationships with customer personnel via phone; Leverage CRM tools to manage account activity, track opportunities, document customer interactions, and report on pipeline and performance
