About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to drive top-line sales and guest experience; Promote accountability to meet store goals across retail and service sales, payroll, and omni-channel; Plan and execute in-store events to drive guest experience and sales; Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team and develop associates through coaching and performance development; Model teamwork and guest services excellence and lead the Guest Engagement Leader program
