About the Role

Kirkland's - - Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and offering tailored product recommendations.; Lead and support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales goals through coaching, motivation, and hands-on selling.; Assist with store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining visual standards and store cleanliness.; Assist in training and mentoring sales associates to ensure a high-performing team.; Help execute visual merchandising plans and ensure product displays are well-stocked and appealing.
