White House Black Market - Trolley Line Boulevard - Responsibilities: Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints; Performs cash handling, reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and open/close duties; Monitors and motivates associates to achieve sales productivity and provides training as needed; Supports receipt and dispatch of inventory and supplies according to policy; Prepares weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines
