About the Role
The Vitamin Shoppe - - Responsibilities: Establish, model, and reinforce the 5 STAR service (customer service) and hand selling technique.; Drive sales by meeting and collaborating with the store team to understand, support and achieve established sales goals and objectives.; Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers that fosters a positive work environment and embraces diversity.; Oversee and perform regular maintenance; clean shelves, baskets, backrooms, windows, front sidewalks, bathrooms, and floors according to company policy as directed by the management team.; Operate the cash register and prepare customer transactions and receipts efficiently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales or leadership (preferred)
