About the Role
Soma Intimates - 2500 North Mayfair Road, Ste 408 - Responsibilities: Establish clear expectations and hold team accountable for brand, performance, and behavior standards.; Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling to ensure smooth store operations.; Train and coach the selling team to be fluent in product knowledge both online and in-store.; Develop a high-performance culture and motivate the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.; Promote MAPS service standards and manage customer experience across omni-channel channels.
