About the Role
Journeys - - Responsibilities: To assist store management with basic store operations, developing associates, and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.; Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.; Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.; Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy.; Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in store managements absence.
