Penney - - Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales by leading and engaging associates; Assist with inventory, restocking, and RFID scanning processes; Plan floor moves and execute visual merchandising based on company guidance; Oversee stockroom maintenance and fitting room recovery to maintain a clean store environment; Support omnichannel operations including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store as needed
