Soma Intimates - 5201 West War Memorial Drive - Responsibilities: Drive for Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommend merchandise selections or locate/obtain merchandise based on customer needs.; Customer Experience: Provide MAPS-based service and ensure a smooth omni-channel experience; resolve customer concerns; manage checkout policies; promote gift card sales; enroll clients in rewards; build client following.; Operational Excellence: Support replenishment and locate fulfillment; assist with floor sets, signage, and cleanliness; maintain store presentation.; Teamwork and Growth: Promote inclusive problem solving; seek developmental opportunities and solicit feedback; perform other duties as assigned.
